Project Manager - Core Banking

We are currently looking for Project Manager - Core Banking for our UAE operations with the following skill set and terms & conditions.Experience & QualificationsBachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Project Management rolePMP certificate is a strong advantage or similar project certificatePrevious experience working on Core Banking projects or similar large-scale technology and business transformation initiativesSolid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologiesStrong skills in stakeholder management coordination and conflict resolutionProven ability to manage project documentation plans and governance processesAbility to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines in complex project environmentsExcellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure effective coordination between business teams IT vendors and other stakeholders for Core Banking and related project streamsDevelop maintain and monitor detailed project plans timelines and key milestonesTrack progress of project activities and ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding tasks and deliverablesFacilitate regular meetings prepare minutes of meetings and ensure clear action items are documented and followed upIdentify risks issues and dependencies ensuring timely escalation to relevant stakeholders for resolutionDrive alignment between technical teams and business requirements to ensure successful project outcomesMaintain project documentation including plans reports status updates and governance recordsSupport validation testing coordination and quality checks to ensure project deliverables meet expectationsMonitor project performance and progress ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and quality standardsAdditional InformationTerms and ConditionsJoining Time Framemaximum 4 weeksRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
