One of the 2030 vision contributorsClient Liaison & PresentationServe as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting project challenges, progress reports, and solutions in a professional and clear manner.Represent the project team in high‑level meetings, ensuring client needs and expectations are addressed.Deliver regular updates on project status, timelines, risks, and budget considerations.Provide strategic guidance to clients to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.On‑Site Project ManagementOversee construction activities on‑site, ensuring work is carried out according to project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.Manage and supervise contractors, ensuring compliance with contracts, timelines, and quality control measures.Monitor the day‑to‑day progress of the project, providing hands‑on leadership and troubleshooting any issues that arise.Coordinate between various stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of challenges.Risk & Issue ManagementIdentify potential risks or delays and work proactively with the team to develop mitigation strategies.Address any technical or operational challenges that may arise during construction, collaborating with internal teams and contractors to find solutions.Team LeadershipManage cross‑functional teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and project staff, ensuring a collaborative and efficient working environment.Foster a culture of safety, quality, and excellence on‑site, ensuring all team members are aligned with project goals and standards.Reporting & DocumentationPrepare and deliver regular reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and financial status reports.Maintain accurate records of project documentation, contracts, change orders, and site progress.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.Proven experience in managing large‑scale construction projects, ideally in a program or construction management role.Strong understanding of construction processes, timelines, and quality standards.Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with clients, stakeholders, and teams at all levels.Ability to balance office‑based tasks (presentations, reporting) with on‑site management and supervision.Experience managing contractors and ensuring project milestones are met efficiently and on time.Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project needs.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.#J-18808-Ljbffr
