Project Manager

<div><p>We are hiring a<b>Technical Project Manager</b>for a leading fintech organization in the UAE. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of complex digital payment solutions, including wallet platforms, payment integrations, and cross-border capabilities.</p><p>The role requires strong ownership of delivery timelines, coordination across global and local teams, and the ability to manage dependencies in a fast-paced, regulated environment.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Own and drive<b>end-to-end project delivery</b>for payment and wallet platforms</li><li>Manage<b>timelines, dependencies, and critical path</b>across multiple workstreams</li><li>Work closely with<b>engineering, product, compliance, and operations teams</b></li><li>Manage<b>third-party integrations</b>(banks, payment gateways, vendors)</li><li>Ensure<b>regulatory and compliance-driven features</b>are delivered on priority</li><li>Track and manage risks using RAID logs and proactive mitigation</li><li>Provide<b>regular status updates</b>to leadership and stakeholders</li></ul><h3>Required Experience&Skills</h3><ul><li>5+ years of experience in<b>Technical Project Management</b></li><li>Strong background in<b>fintech / payments / banking</b></li></ul><h3>Experience with:</h3><ul><li>Remittance / Cross-border payments</li></ul><h3>Solid understanding of:</h3><ul><li>APIs, Microservices, and system integrations</li><li>Java / AWS-based environments (working knowledge)</li></ul><h3>Hands-on experience with:</h3><ul><li><b>Confluence (documentation, knowledge management)</b></li><li>Experience working in<b>Agile/Scrum environments</b></li><li>Exposure to<b>KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance</b></li><li>Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills</li></ul><h3>Preferred</h3><ul><li>Candidates currently based in<b>UAE Only</b></li><li>Experience within UAE or Middle East fintech ecosystem</li><li>Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
