Urgent Hiring for a Leading Oil & Gas Company Abu DhabiPosition: Project Manager – CivilLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAEIndustry: Oil & Gas / EPC ProjectsExperience Required: 10+ YearsQualification: B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)Job ResponsibilitiesLead and manage civil construction activities for Oil & Gas projects from initiation to completion.Plan, schedule, monitor, and control project execution as per contract requirements.Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality procedures.Manage project resources including manpower, materials, equipment, and budget.Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely completion.Ensure adherence to HSE policies and international construction standards.Review drawings, BOQs, method statements, and technical submittals.Handle stakeholder communication and client coordination effectively.RequirementsMinimum 12+ years of experience in Civil Construction within Oil & Gas / EPC projects.Strong knowledge of site execution, project planning, and construction management.Experience handling large-scale industrial/pipeline/refinery/plant projects preferred.Strong leadership and team management skills.Familiar with international standards and project documentation.Preferred SkillsPrimavera / MS Project knowledge.Strong communication & coordination skills.Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.Exposure to ADNOC or similar Oil & Gas projects is an added advantage.Interested candidates can share their updated CV to: Contact: +91 7824066601#J-18808-Ljbffr
