Project Manager (Civil Construction | Offshore)

The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of offshore civil construction works in compliance with ADNOC Offshore standards, contractual obligations, HSE requirements, and project timelines. The role demands proven ADNOC Offshore project experience, strong leadership, and effective coordination with all stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end execution of offshore civil construction activities in line with ADNOC Offshore specifications and approved drawings.Act as the primary point of contact with ADNOC Offshore, PMC, consultants, and internal stakeholders.Develop and control project schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and resource allocations.Ensure strict compliance with ADNOC Offshore HSE policies, PTW systems, and offshore safety procedures.Oversee subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring contractual, technical, and safety compliance.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective and preventive actions.Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, work packs, and construction procedures.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, and HSE teams for seamless project delivery.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).Minimum 15 years of experience in civil construction projects, with at least 5–7 years on ADNOC Offshore projects.Mandatory experience working directly on ADNOC Offshore / EPC / PMC-controlled offshore projects.Strong knowledge of offshore construction logistics, marine works, and ADNOC project governance.PMP or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.ADNOC-approved or previously ADNOC-approved candidates preferred.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and offshore project management capabilityIn-depth understanding of ADNOC Offshore standards and proceduresExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsHigh focus on HSE, quality, and schedule adherenceProficiency in project controls, reporting, and risk management#J-18808-Ljbffr
