Project Manager Chargé.e de travaux

Position Description : As part of its expansion in Abu Dhabi Patriarche is looking for a Construction Manager to build a local team and oversee project execution. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution rigorously monitoring contractual commitments and optimally coordinating all stakeholders. As the owner of project execution you will apply construction consultancy principles ensuring quality control and interface management between the Client and the companies involved. Key Responsibilities : Project Execution Management Overseeing work from initiation to completion ensuring alignment with architectural design and technical/regulatory requirements. Planning and Coordination Establishing plannings managing stakeholders and anticipating risks that may affect project timelines. Monitoring and Compliance Verifying contractors adherence to contractual obligations applying RIBA project management methodologies and making technical adjustments when necessary. Reporting and Administration Managing financial and budget tracking handling technical documentation and producing reports to ensure transparency with the Client. Interface Management Acting as the primary liaison between contractors ensuring compliance with project specifications resolving technical disputes and facilitating effective communication between the Design team and the Client. Description du poste: Dans le cadre du dveloppement de son activit Abu Dhabi Patriarche recherche un.e Charg.e de Travaux pour structurer une quipe locale et piloter lexcution des projets en tant que Matrise duvre. Vous serez garant.e du bon droulement des travaux en assurant un suivi rigoureux des engagements contractuels et une coordination optimale entre toutes les parties prenantes. Vritable chef dorchestre de lexcution vous veillerez lapplication des principes de matrise duvre en assurant le contrle qualit et la gestion des interfaces entre la Matrise dOuvrage et les entreprises intervenantes. Dans ce cadre vos missions consistent : Pilotage de lexcution : supervision des travaux du dmarrage jusqu la rception en garantissant la cohrence du projet architectural avec les prescriptions techniques et rglementaires. Planification et organisation : laboration des plannings dintervention coordination des intervenants et anticipation des risques pouvant impacter le calendrier du projet. Suivi et contrle : vrification du respect des engagements contractuels des entreprises application des mthodologies de gestion des travaux selon les rfrentiels internationaux (RIBA) et ajustements techniques si ncessaire. Reporting et gestion administrative : suivi financier et budgtaire des projets gestion des documents techniques et rdaction de comptes rendus pour assurer une transparence avec la Matrise dOuvrage. Gestion des interfaces : interlocuteur privilgi auprs des entreprises pour garantir le respect du cahier des charges arbitrer les litiges techniques et assurer une communication fluide entre la Matrise duvre et la Matrise dOuvrage. Qualifications : Desired Profile : Engineering degree or equivalent in Construction Civil Engineering or Architecture Proven experience in construction management and project execution Expertise in project management and financial monitoring in an international setting Proficiency in planning tools and construction project tracking software Understanding of RIBA methodologies and international project management standards Excellent communication and negotiation skills with diverse partners Fluent professional English both written and spoken Profil: Diplme dingnieur ou quivalent en BTP gnie civil ou architecture Exprience en matrise duvre et conduite de travaux Expertise en gestion de projet et suivi financier dans un cadre international Matrise des outils et logiciels de planification et suivi de chantier Connaissance des mthodologies RIBA et des standards de gestion de projet lchelle internationale Excellentes capacits de communication et de ngociation avec des partenaires varis Anglais professionnel courant lcrit et loral Remote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Project Management Methodology,Project / Program Management,Construction Estimating,Construction Experience,PMBOK,Visio,Construction Management,Project Management,Project Management Software,Microsoft Project,Project Management Lifecycle,Contracts Experience: years Vacancy: 1
