As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocationLead cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently and effectivelyManage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomesCollaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverablesMonitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management and clientsAnalyze project performance metrics and implement process improvementsEnsure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry standardsNegotiate with vendors and contractors to optimize project resources and costsFacilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholdersConduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practicesQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Civil EngineeringProven experience (15+ years) in bridge Construction Management and/or project managementStrong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practicesProfessional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is preferredExcellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teamsProficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools)Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of managementDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on risk managementAdaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle changing prioritiesExperience in budget management and resource allocationArabic speaking preferred for coordination with the clientProven experience with RTA projects for bridges construction, civil structure construction or Maintenance#J-18808-Ljbffr
