Project Manager

<div><p>At BlackStone eIT, we are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage various technology projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within IT environments, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive project success by ensuring deliverables meet business objectives and client expectations.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders</li><li>Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering schedules, resource allocation, and risk management</li><li>Lead project teams, assigning tasks and tracking progress to ensure timely completion</li><li>Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques</li><li>Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle</li><li>Coordinate communication among project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams</li><li>Prepare and present comprehensive reports on project status, forecasts, and issues</li><li>Ensure adherence to company project management methodologies, quality standards, and best practices</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT projects</li><li>PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable</li><li>Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), and tools (MS Project, JIRA)</li><li>Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines</li><li>Experience in risk management and problem-solving within a project context</li><li>Fluency in English and Arabic (verbal and written) is preferred</li><li>Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>UAE Benefits</li><li>Training&Development</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
