Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and capable Project Manager to join the Beyond team, responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring successful outcomes aligned with business objectives and delivered within defined timelines.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning to execution.Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business goals.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth collaboration and execution.Monitor progress, budgets, and timelines, and proactively manage risks and issues.Ensure clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including senior management and clients.Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and project outcomes.Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance insights to support decision-making.Apply Agile or other methodologies to enhance delivery and outcomes.Manage projects in fast-paced, high-intensity environments (e.g., hackathons or innovation-driven initiatives), ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.7+ years of experience in project management.Proven track record of delivering projects successfully in dynamic environments.Experience managing projects in fast-paced, high-intensity settings (e.g., hackathons or innovation-driven environments).Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
