<div><p>We are seeking an experienced and capable<b>Project Manager</b>to join the Beyond team, responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring successful outcomes aligned with business objectives and delivered within defined timelines.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning to execution.</li><li>Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business goals.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth collaboration and execution.</li><li>Monitor progress, budgets, and timelines, and proactively manage risks and issues.</li><li>Ensure clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including senior management and clients.</li><li>Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and project outcomes.</li><li>Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance insights to support decision-making.</li><li>Apply Agile or other methodologies to enhance delivery and outcomes.</li><li>Manage projects in fast-paced, high-intensity environments (e.g., hackathons or innovation-driven initiatives), ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.</li><li>PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.</li><li>7+ years of experience in project management.</li><li>Proven track record of delivering projects successfully in dynamic environments.</li><li>Experience managing projects in fast-paced, high-intensity settings (e.g., hackathons or innovation-driven environments).</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in project management tools and software.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
