Job DescriptionOverviewWe are seeking an experienced Engineering or Operations professional to join our Nuclear Middle East AtkinsRéalis this role you will work on diverse technical projects that support nuclear utilities in strengthening system performance maintenance strategies asset management practices and operational decisionmaking. You will partner with client engineering operations and maintenance teams to conduct system studies analyze equipment behaviour evaluate degradation mechanisms and recommend safetyaligned practical solutions that improve longterm plant performance and reliability.This position offers collaboration with utility engineering operations and maintenance teams both onsite and remotely to propose improvements and strengthen longterm system reliability and plant performance. Candidates with strong experience in nuclear plant systems operations support maintenance engineering safety analysis or reliabilityoriented engineering in heavyindustrial sectors are encouraged to apply.Your roleWork collaboratively with client engineering maintenance reliability and operations teams to assess system and equipment performance troubleshoot technical issues and recommend practical improvements.Support clients in developing or optimizing maintenance and asset strategies preventive predictive conditionbased and riskinformedusing industry best practices.Perform or support structured troubleshooting root cause analysis for client-identified equipment and system issues and help translate findings into actionable corrective measures.Prepare highquality technical reports including FMEA reports Engineering Advise reports presentations and proposals for client stakeholders and senior leadership clearly communicating observations analysis and recommendations.Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary client teams to ensure solutions are practical sustainable and aligned with nuclear safety defenceindepth and operational excellence principles.Travel to client sites as required for project execution assessments workshops and stakeholder engagement.About youBachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical Nuclear or Chemical Engineering (required); Masters Degree in above disciplines optionalProject Management Professional (PMP) Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) or Reliability Maintenance Professional (RMP)5 to 12 years of engineering experience in Nuclear Power Plants Oil & Gas facilities thermal power plants petrochemical plants or other heavy industrial environments.
