This role involves administrative and technical support across various project phases, including documentation, submittals, and job order package creation.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage document control functions including submittals, receipts, and final record book creation.</li><li>Maintain logs for all incoming and outgoing transmittals.</li><li>Organize and track client documents such as specifications and drawings.</li><li>Prepare documentation for third-party inspections.</li><li>Provide support to Project Engineers and Project Managers throughout project lifecycles.</li><li>Enter sales orders for engineered projects.</li><li>Maintain design, production, and shipment schedules in ERP systems.</li><li>Create job order packages including bill of materials and man-hour verification.</li><li>Scan and archive returned job order packages from production.</li><li>Assist in final project close‑out activities.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree.</li><li>2–5 years of customer service or technical support experience.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat.</li><li>Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite.</li><li>Experience with ERP systems is a plus.</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li></ul><h3>Working Conditions</h3><ul><li>Full‑time position with occasional extended hours based on operational needs.</li><li>On‑site role in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and production processes.</li></ul><h3>Language Skills</h3><ul><li>Must be able to communicate in English.</li><li>Needs to be able to communicate and function within Saudi Arabia.</li><li>Ability to communicate with a diverse mix of nationalities coming to Saudi preferred.</li></ul><h3>Computer Skills</h3><ul><li>Basic computer skills required such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.</li><li>Ability to be trained and operate within CSI Ametek ERP system.</li></ul><h3>Other Skills and Abilities</h3><ul><li>Highly motivated individual willing to take on additional responsibilities and duties under a challenging and compressed schedule.</li></ul><p>AMETEK, Inc. is a leading global provider of industrial technology solutions serving a diverse set of attractive niche markets with annual sales over $7.5 billion.</p><p>AMETEK is committed to making a safer, sustainable, and more productive world a reality.
