Project HSE Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Manager to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing implementing and overseeing comprehensive HSE programs to ensure a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.Develop and implement HSE policies procedures and programs aligned with UAE regulations and international standardsConduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actionsLead and manage the HSE team providing guidance and mentorship to ensure effective performanceCollaborate with department heads to integrate HSE practices into all aspects of the organizations operationsInvestigate incidents accidents and near-misses and implement preventive measuresDevelop and deliver HSE training programs for employees at all levelsMonitor and ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations and standardsPrepare and present HSE performance reports to senior management and stakeholdersManage HSE budgets and resources effectivelyStay updated on industry best practices and emerging HSE trends to continuously improve the organizations HSE performanceQualificationsBachelors degree in Environmental Health and Safety Engineering or a related fieldProfessional certifications such as NEBOSH OSHA or equivalentMinimum of 5-7 years of experience in HSE management preferably in the construction oil and gas or manufacturing industriesIn-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HSE regulationsProficiency in health and safety management systems and environmental management practicesStrong understanding of international HSE standards including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001Excellent risk assessment and mitigation skillsProven experience in developing and implementing HSE policies and proceduresStrong project management and data analysis capabilitiesOutstanding leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organizationProficiency in HSE data analysis and reporting toolsAbility to work effectively in a multicultural environmentFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plusRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
