Job Description End-to-End Project Management: Lead the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of large-scale residential real estate projects. Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Develop comprehensive project master schedules, allocate resources effectively, and manage overall project budgets with strict cost-control measures. Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact between the management team and all external stakeholders, including Principal Architects, Structural/MEP Consultants, Liaisoning Architects, and primary Contractors. Site Execution & Quality Control: Oversee daily construction operations across multiple sites. Implement rigorous quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) protocols and ensure adherence to safety standards (EHS). Statutory Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply strictly with local municipal regulations (MCGM/BMC), building codes, DCR, and RERA guidelines. Risk Management: Identify potential bottlenecks, delays, or cost overruns early and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies. Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and evaluate a multidisciplinary team comprising Project Managers, Site Engineers, QA/QC Engineers, and Safety Officers. Reporting: Present detailed MIS reports regarding project progress, financial health, and milestones achieved to the board of directors/senior management. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution. A Masters degree in Construction Management or an MBA is highly preferred. Experience: Minimum of 15-20 years of progressive experience in the real estate/construction industry, with at least 5+ years in a senior project leadership or head capacity. Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of modern construction methodologies, high-rise building execution, RCC structures, and finishing works. Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project (MSP) or Primavera P6, as well as AutoCAD. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive massive projects independently. Communication: Excellent negotiation, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder management skills. Local Knowledge: Extensive understanding of the Mumbai real estate market, local contractor networks, and municipal approval processes.
