### **Job Description**## Overview## The Project Financial Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial performance of engineering projects from initiation to closeout. This role ensures accurate budgeting, forecasting, cost control, revenue recognition, and financial reporting. The position partners closely with project managers, engineering leads, and senior leadership to drive financial discipline, improve profitability, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.## Your role## **Project Financial Planning&Budgeting*** Develop detailed project budgets aligned with scope, schedules, and resource plans.* Support bid/proposal teams with cost estimates, pricing models, and financial risk assessments.* Establish financial baselines and define key performance indicators (KPIs).**Cost Control&Monitoring*** Track and analyze project costs, labor utilization, subcontractor spend, and material expenses.* Implement cost-control measures to ensure adherence to financial targets.* Identify cost deviations early and recommend corrective actions.* Familiar with OneERP tools like OTL, ODW and KOFAX.**Forecasting&Reporting*** Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual project financial forecasts.* Provide variance analysis (budget vs. actuals) with insights and actionable recommendations.* Prepare financial dashboards and reports for leadership review.* Knowledge in Ecosys.**Revenue Management*** Ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition in compliance with applicable client approved standards* Validate project billing schedules and ensure timely invoice submission.
