Job Description

Role OverviewThe Project Finance Analyst will be responsible for evaluating the financial feasibility and performance of ongoing and upcoming projects. This role combines strategic analysis, business planning, and financial modeling to support investment decisions, monitor performance, and ensure project-level financial sustainability.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Feasibility StudiesConduct detailed feasibility assessments for new and existing projects.Analyze project assumptions, costs, revenue streams, and financial viability.Prepare sensitivity and scenario analyses to evaluate project resilience under different conditions.Project Cash Flow & Sensitivity AnalysisDevelop and maintain project cash flow models reflecting varying scenarios and sensitivities.Provide forward‑looking cash flow forecasts aligned with business plans and funding requirements.Business Planning & Financial ModelingCreate and manage detailed business plans for projects at various stages of their lifecycle.Link assumptions to base data, ensuring consistency and accuracy across models.Develop integrated financial models (CF, IS, BS) for both project‑level and entity‑level reporting.Investment Returns & Banking ReportsPrepare forward‑looking financial statements and investment return analyses.Support the preparation of project financing documentation for banks and investors.Analyze project IRR, NPV, and payback periods for funding and board presentations.Budgeting & Variance AnalysisDevelop project budgets and monitor actuals against approved budgets.Identify key variances, provide insights, and recommend corrective actions.Key Financial Metrics & Performance TrackingTrack and report key financial and operational metrics across all projects.Prepare dashboards highlighting performance trends, risks, and opportunities.Support management in strategic decision‑making with actionable financial insights.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.Professional certification (CPA, CMA, CFA) is a plus.5–10 years of experience in project finance, real estate, construction, or investment analysis.Strong proficiency in financial modeling (Excel, Power BI, or equivalent).Excellent understanding of feasibility analysis, budgeting, and cash‑flow forecasting.Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and presentation skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex models simultaneously.What You’ll GainExposure to multi‑sector projects at different lifecycle stages.Direct collaboration with senior leadership and investors.Opportunity to influence key strategic and investment decisions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
