Project Engineer

Key ResponsibilitiesExecute and monitor OSP projects including status tracking (Pending, In-Progress, Dependencies, Completion) and portal updates.Prepare and submit project-related approvals and documents.Provide technical support for site issues, propose solutions, and ensure smooth operational communication with internal departments (Admin, Transport, Warehouse, QMS, EHS).Coordinate with clients, OSP coordinators, and vendor teams for surveys, DPRs, progress updates, and portal submissions.Conduct field inspections to verify quality of service (QoS) and compliance with project standards before handover.Prepare and maintain project documentation such as Connection Details, Completion Reports, Test Reports.Assist in BOQ preparation and support approvals/submissions to invoicing teams.Track project-specific material requests, consumption, and ensure proper reconciliation with client-supplied and in-house materials.Ensure material stock availability in coordination with warehouse and suppliers.Support reconciliation and verification of material and invoice claims.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Electrical/Telecommunication Engineering or related field.Minimum 5+ years of experience in OSP project execution and engineering.Strong knowledge of OSP network design, implementation, and documentation.Familiarity with telecom materials, vendor coordination, and client management.Proficiency in MS Office, project tracking tools, and telecom portals.Strong organizational, reporting, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.#J-18808-Ljbffr
