Project Engineer - Technical

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. Mechanical)Minimum 2-4 years of experience in specialized services or a related fieldValid UAE Driving License (preferred)Job Purpose:The Project Engineer will be responsible for compliance with technical and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Conduct site inspections and prepare clear and concise technical reports.Coordinate with technicians and clients to plan and execute daily/weekly work schedules.Supervise project teams and ensure adherence to approved methodologies, quality guidelines, and safety procedures.Oversee the proper operation and maintenance of specialized equipment (HEPA vacuums, negative air machines, etc.).Ensure all mandatory certifications for equipment and technicians are updated and obtained within required timelines.Maintain accurate project documentation including job reports, checklists, and before/after photos.Assist in resource planning, material arrangements, and workflow monitoring to ensure smooth project execution.Communicate with clients regarding project progress, work requirements, and completion updates.Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational gaps and proposing solutions.Qualifications & Skills:Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and duct layouts.Basic understanding of mold remediation practices (advantage).Excellent coordination, scheduling, and communication skills.Ability to supervise field teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong attention to detail with good reporting and documentation skills.Familiarity with safety procedures and compliance requirements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
