Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job DescriptionParsons is looking for an entry-level Sustainability Project Engineer (UAE National) with internship experience to join our team.What You'll Be DoingSupport the development and implementation of sustainability strategies and initiatives on projects.Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing environmental and sustainability data (such as energy, water, waste, and materials).Help prepare sustainability reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams to integrate sustainability requirements into project plans and designs.Support tracking of project sustainability KPIs and progress against sustainability goals.Assist in researching and reviewing green building standards, sustainable technologies, and best practices.Contribute to ensuring compliance with relevant sustainability guidelines, environmental regulations, and client requirements.Participate in site visits, audits, and inspections to support sustainability and environmental performance monitoring.What Required Skills You'll BringBachelor’s Degree in Environmental, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Sustainability Engineering, or a related field.Internship experience in sustainability, environmental engineering, construction, or a related field (university or summer internships acceptable).Basic understanding or academic exposure to sustainability concepts, such as:Energy efficiency and renewable energyWater conservationWaste reduction and circular economyGreen building and sustainable designStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support multiple tasks.Interest in sustainability, climate action, and integrating sustainable solutions into engineering and construction projects.Parsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
