Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.# About the roleJob Summary Oversee the complete order lifecycle from entry to final delivery, ensuring timely shipments, accurate documentation, and full compliance with Saudi import and regulatory requirements**Key Responsibilities*** Order Management:* Handle customer orders from receipt to final delivery* Ensure accuracy in pricing, Incoterms, specs, and lead times* Track orders, resolve delays, and handle changes or exceptions* Logistics&Shipping:* Prepare and verify shipping documents (CI, PL, COO, HS codes, AWB/BL)* Track shipments and support inbound/outbound logistics* Saudi Compliance (Core Focus):* Ensure full adherence to Saudi import regulations* Coordinate SABER/SASO, PCoC/SCoC, CB reports&IECEE certificates* Coordinate technical files with Engineering, Quality&suppliers* Maintain organized compliance documentation* Stakeholder Collaboration:* Work closely with Sales, Finance, Planning, Projects, factories&suppliers* Reporting&Improvement:* Prepare order/delivery reports* Drive process improvements to reduce delays&documentation issues**Qualifications / Requirements*** University degree.* Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience.* Solid understanding of project management principles.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Effective communication and teamwork.* Familiarity with project planning tools.* Ability to work independently with general supervision.# What we offer you* Annual vacation of 21 working days.* Excellent opportunities for development, along with a competitive salary and company bonus scheme.* A great working environmentSulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
