<div><p>The Project Engineer (Cluster) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing multiple project functions to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule. This includes developing detailed project plans, providing technical guidance, coordinating across design, construction, procurement, and maintenance teams, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. The role also involves monitoring progress, managing budgets and schedules, resolving technical issues, maintaining accurate documentation and reporting, and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders. Additionally, it supports construction activities, tracks engineering performance, and ensures alignment across regional and site teams while adhering to organizational quality, safety, and environmental policies.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p>Developadetailed projectplanthatincludes timelines,budgets,resources,andriskassessments.</p></li><li><p>Provide technicalsupportand guidancetothe project teammembers.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with various teams, including design, manufacturing, construction, and maintenance teams, to ensure project goals are met.</p></li><li><p>Ensurethe projectsadheretoqualitystandardsandregulations.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurateproject documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and change orders.</p></li><li><p>Maintain effectivecommunicationwithstakeholders,includingclients,contractors,andvendors.</p></li><li><p>Identifyandresolvetechnicalissuesandproblemsthat ariseduringtheproject.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for project functions monitoring included but not limited to Project Management, Site Management, Project Control Management, Engineering Management, Procurement, Construction Management, etc. are all coordinated and properly staffed to meet the project(s) goals.</p></li><li><p>Ensureaccurateandtimelyreportingstandardsaremaintainedthroughouttheproject(s).</p></li><li><p>CoordinateandcommunicateprojectsgroupasneededonmajorprojectsintheRegion.</p></li><li><p>Coordinatewithregionalandsitemanagementonstatus,significanttrendsandchangesofapproved projects.</p></li><li><p>Monitor engineeringprogressagainstbudgetand forecasted schedule.</p></li><li><p>Preparingtheengineeringbudget,projectschedulesand project controlbudgets.</p></li><li><p>Maintaineffectiveandon-goingcommunicationswithconstructionandcontractormanagement teams. Coordinating engineering activities with other departments.</p></li><li><p>Monitoringconstructionprogressandprovidingtechnicalassistance.</p></li><li><p>Providingtechnical adviceandsupporttootherdepartments.</p></li><li><p>Informsthemselves of the relevantQuality,Environmental, Safety andOccupational HealthPolicies, Manuals and Procedures in place within Hill International, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.</p></li><li><p>Performotherdutiesasassignedbythelinemanager/supervisor.</p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree inengineeringfromanaccredited university.</p></li><li><p>Minimum10yearsexperienceinlarge-scaleinfrastructureorcitydevelopmentprojects.</p></li><li><p>Experienceofmajorgovernmentand/orsemi-governmentprogramandprojectsimplementations.</p></li><li><p>ExtensiveExperienceintheprojectmanagementofwaterandwastewaterworks.</p></li><li><p>Knowledgeofprofessional projectmanagementprocessesandprocedures.</p></li><li><p>Experienceofimplementingazeroaccidentphilosophy.</p></li><li><p>Arecordofengagementwithgovernmententities/utilityproviders.</p></li><li><p>Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.</p></li><li><p>Experienceofworkinginternationally.</p></li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
