Project Engineer

<div><h3>Summary of the Role</h3><p>Project Engineer responsible for developing conventional and improved engineering solutions for heavy lifting and transport projects, by preparing and selecting existing-and-renewed engineering method statements, drawings, calculations, visualisations, manuals, risk assessments and other relevant documents to ensure a safe and efficient execution.</p><h3>What you’ll be doing</h3><ul><li>Engineering: Prepare and select existing-and-renewed engineering method statements, drawings, calculations, visualisations, manuals, risk assessments and verify suitability of equipment and methods.</li><li>Project Execution: Ensure the engineering plan is followed during the job execution and contribute to operations management on site when required.</li><li>Advising: Formulate and present possible engineering solutions and issue accurate advice at request or at own initiative, taking into account the applicable standards.</li><li>Document Controlling: Make sure that the engineering documents are checked and approved by yourself and then by the relevant approver(s).</li><li>Administration: Record, execute and maintain technical documents and data in (sub) systems, in line with internal requirements.</li></ul><h3>What you’ll need</h3><ul><li>Professional level experience in departmental and administrative systems, and MS Office suite.</li><li>Fluent proficiency in English verbal and written.</li><li>Experience in AutoCAD.</li><li>Relevant experience in any of the following sectors would be an advantage: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining.</li><li>Saudi Council of Engineers membership.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.</li></ul><h3>What you’ll get</h3><p>Challenging and engaging role with relatively complex tasks with exposure towards Heavy Lifting and Transportation.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
