Project Engineer- Landscape

Employment Type: Contract Duration: 6 months (Extendable based on mutual agreement)Job DescriptionThe role is responsible for managing and delivering assigned projects in line with company objectives timelines quality standards and client expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage assigned projects to achieve operational goals and ensure customer satisfaction.Plan project execution including cost review execution strategy and risk identification before project start.Monitor project progress against the construction programme and ensure timely completion.Coordinate with clients consultants main contractors and internal teams.Prepare and submit material proposals drawings RFIs IRs and follow up for approvals.Plan and monitor material procurement to ensure timely availability at site.Ensure efficient site operations avoiding material shortages and workforce idle time.Maintain project records drawings verbal instructions and as-built documentation.Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with engineering standards and specifications.Implement and monitor all HSE requirements and promote safety practices on site.Manage subcontractors and temporary installation labor effectively.Track project costs and ensure work is executed within the approved budget.Prepare and submit invoices variation claims final accounts and follow up on payments.Support project handover including preparation of O&M manuals and obtaining TOC approvals.Attend progress meetings and provide regular project updates.Perform any other duties as assigned by management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
