The Group operates through multiple business units and subsidiaries, delivering integrated solutions supported by strong operational expertise and a well‑established regional presence.Job SummaryAl Marwan Group is looking for an experienced Project Engineer – Roads & Infrastructure to support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of infrastructure and road projects across the U.A.E. This role requires strong technical knowledge, effective site coordination, and hands‑on experience in managing engineering activities in line with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.The Project Engineer will work closely with the Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.ResponsibilitiesAssist the Project Manager in planning, execution, and monitoring of roads and infrastructure projectsCoordinate daily site activities to ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedulesReview and implement approved shop drawings, method statements, and ITPsCoordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for technical clarifications and approvalsMonitor site progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reportsEnsure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standardsSupervise subcontractors, suppliers, and manpower on siteIdentify and resolve technical and construction‑related issuesSupport quantity surveying, measurements, and material planningAssist in preparation and closure of RFIs, NCRs, and technical queriesEnsure works comply with contract requirements and project specificationsAttend site coordination, technical, and progress meetingsSupport testing, inspection, and project handover activitiesQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Civil EngineeringMinimum 5 years of experience in roads and infrastructure projects in the U.A.EExperience in RAK projects is an advantageStrong knowledge of roads, utilities, drainage, and infrastructure worksGood understanding of U.A.E construction standards and regulationsExperience working under FIDIC contracts is an added advantageValid U.A.E driving license preferredSkillsRoads and infrastructure project executionSite supervision and coordinationTechnical drawings and specifications reviewQuantity measurement and material controlStrong communication and stakeholder coordination skillsQuality control and HSE complianceAutoCAD (Civil 3D knowledge is an advantage)Knowledge of U.A.E construction standards and practices#J-18808-Ljbffr
