Responsibilities5+ years’ experience in GCC on the same fieldMust have UPDA Grade CertificatePlan, coordinate, and supervise all fit‑out works on siteExecute works as per approved drawings, specifications, and scheduleCoordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractorsPrepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statementsMonitor site progress and ensure timely completion of activitiesManage manpower, materials, and equipment efficientlyEnsure quality control and compliance with project standardsConduct site inspections and resolve technical issuesCoordinate with MEP team for smooth integration of servicesTrack and report daily/weekly progress to Project ManagerEnsure proper material delivery and avoid delaysImplement health & safety requirements on siteControl project costs and minimize wastageAttend site meetings and handle client/consultant commentsAssist in project handover and close‑out documentationOther Related works#J-18808-Ljbffr
