Project Engineer

ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate mechanical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.Oversee all aspects of lip seal welding operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.Supervise fabrication and general welding activities across various stages of the project.Collaborate with design, procurement, and quality control teams to ensure project alignment.Develop project schedules, resource plans, and progress tracking reports.Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project transparency.Monitor team performance and provide technical guidance to ensure adherence to welding procedures and safety standards.Ensure all welding and fabrication work complies with relevant codes (e.g., ASME, AWS, ISO) and company procedures.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.Minimum 6 years of experience in mechanical engineering, welding, or fabrication.Strong knowledge of welding operations and compliance with ASME, AWS, and ISO standards.Experience managing mechanical projects and coordinating cross‑functional teams.Excellent risk‑management, communication, and team‑leadership skills.Full‑time morning shift.
