Job Description SummaryTo Lead Manage & execute Turnkey Projects of GE Vernova Grid Solutions in UAE Gulf & Iraq. The candidate will be responsible for of Project management for Standard size projects from contract award up to the final acceptance of the project and warranty period. Project manager is responsible for scope cost schedule stakeholder management profit & loss accountability and risk management as well as quality and customer satisfaction for all assigned programs and projects.Roles and ResponsibilitiesCreating project schedule and procurement plan to ensure smooth project in timely manner with quality within costProviding costeffective of project milestones in accordance with contract specifications and quality standards to maintain and improve project marginSecure variations Orders claims management with customer & subcontractors to leverage in the organization interest.Creating and delivering scopespecific work plans and budgets alongside risk assessmentsIdentifies and evaluates risk and opportunity assessments and ensuring implementation of resulting actions in ones area of responsibilityPreparing and presenting Project Management Review (PMR) to managementManaging and coordinating with customers/contractors in project in line with GE project management handbook Executing projects in accordance to GE Grid process and core values of safety and integrityDelivering project financial results: Sales & Margin billing and cash collectionBuilding strong relationships with customers and stakeholdersDrive Customer Quality complaints & Nonconformity of Product with different stake holders on root cause analysis and resolution processReport/resolve any nonconformances and process in a timely manner Demonstrate EHS and compliance ensuring Zero DeviationIdentifies and evaluate EHS and compliance risks and proposes practical measuresSupport tendering/sales with Return of Experience of best practices and risks to avoidRequired QualificationsBachelors degree in Electrical Engineering relevant engineering degree from an accredited universityProficiency in English and Arabic is essential45 years of relevant experience in Project Management contract management.Familiar with Project Management and proven ability to lead & manage projects.Knowledge of the crosscultural working environment and working styles of utilities in regionProactive work style creativity energetic & selfmotivator with latest industry trends and knowledgeDesired QualificationsFair Knowledge of MS Office SAP and Primavera is an advantageKnowledge of Grid Products such as Gas Insulated switchgear (GIS) Air Insulated switchgear (AIS) Power Transformers protection relays and Substation system will be an advantageWilling to travel overseas for short business tripsAdditional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: No#J-18808-Ljbffr
