Project Engineer

Location: Dubai, UAEType: Full-Time (site based)Key Responsibilities:Assist in developing project execution plans, track deliverables and timelines and coordinate across design, procurement and site teams to ensure project milestones are met.Review construction drawings, specifications and submittals; raise RFIs and coordinate design clarifications between consultants, contractors and internal teams.Support procurement by reviewing material submittals, tracking long-lead items, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials in coordination with site needs.Oversee daily site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and method statements; monitor progress, resolve on-site issues and coordinate with site supervisors and subcontractors.Ensure all works on site are executed in line with quality standards, safety regulations and project specifications; participate in inspections and snagging activities.Monitor project schedules, prepare progress reports, identify delays or risks and recommend corrective actions to project managers and stakeholders.Maintain accurate records of project documentation, approvals and correspondence; support in preparing project handover documents, as-built drawings and close-out reports.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.Minimum 4–5 years of project coordination experience in UAE construction or fit-out.Proficient in project scheduling and document control systems.Experience coordinating with subcontractors, consultants and clients.Proficient in English, both written and spokenSkilled in MS Office Suite; working knowledge of MS Project and/or Primavera P6.What We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits packageA collaborative and supportive work environment that values teamwork, integrity, and innovationOpportunities for career growth and ongoing professional developmentThe chance to be part of a dynamic and growing company delivering high-profile projects across the region .How to Apply:To apply, submit your CV and cover letter to HR@desertconstruction.ae with the subject line “Project Engineer“.#J-18808-Ljbffr
