The candidate will be responsible for ensuring project execution aligns with technical specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site civil works, ensuring compliance with project specifications and approved drawings.</li><li>Manage and monitor bridge concrete works, including formwork, reinforcement, and casting activities.</li><li>Oversee installation and execution of aluminum cladding systems and interior finishes in accordance with design and quality standards.</li><li>Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress.</li><li>Review technical drawings, method statements, and material submittals.</li><li>Ensure adherence to project schedules and proactively resolve any technical or site-related issues.</li><li>Monitor quality control procedures and ensure compliance with relevant authority regulations (e.g., RTA, DM, etc.).</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain proper documentation.</li><li>Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and authorities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at all times.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with UAE project exposure.</li><li>Proven experience in:<ul><li>Bridge concrete worksi</li><li>Aluminum cladding systems</li><li>Interior finishing works</li></ul></li><li>Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and quality standards.</li><li>Familiarity with UAE authority regulations and approval processes.</li><li>Proficient in project documentation and reporting.</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>Strong technical and problem‑solving skills.</li><li>Effective coordination and communication abilities.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple activities under tight deadlines.</li><li>Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and compliance.</li><li>Team leadership and stakeholder management.</li></ul><h3>Job Details</h3><p>Role Level: Mid-Level</p><p>Work Type: Full‑Time</p><p>Country: United Arab Emirates</p><p>City: Dubai</p><p>Company Website: http://www.egis-group.com</p><p>Job Function: Engineering</p><p>Industry/Sector: Civil Engineering</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
