Project Director – Western Consultancy – excellent salary packageProject Director required for a prestigious building project based in Riyadh, KSA. Reporting to the Regional Director of Project Management, you will manage the budget and lead both the project and the project team, ensuring the project runs on time, to specification and within budget, meeting the client’s expectations.In addition, your key responsibilities will include:Carrying out an instrumental role in nurturing existing client relationships and winning projectsAssisting the Regional Director of PM MENA with business development initiativesProviding technical expertise as required on projectsLine management of employees as assigned, including management of employee productivity and performanceManaging job profitability of assigned projects and reporting into the RDPMPromoting and fostering a strong team culture and open and transparent communication with the PM Project teamsThe successful candidate shall be Western educated and have at least 15 years’ experience in delivering project management consultancy services. You must demonstrate technical expertise and knowledge, proven ability to deliver high‑rise building projects, and a track record of managing teams. Additionally, you should possess good interpersonal skills, the ability to deal with key internal stakeholders, clients and staff.
