About the job: Project Director - OnshoreProgram Director (Onshore)Job Description: The Program Director is responsible for the execution of Major Capital Projects, including Pre-FEED, FEED, Detail Design, and PMC services.Role Responsibilities:Deliver client satisfaction and meet contractual requirementsBe accountable for project cost performance and accounts receivableServe as the primary point of contact between the client and the companyEnsure project execution complies with policies, procedures, and systemsManage and coordinate project leadership personnelSupport Business Development and proposals for new opportunitiesOversee all contracts within their program of worksShare best practices among Project ManagersNegotiate changes with the clientPlan project execution, revise plans as necessary, and ensure adherence to the planCommunicate effectively with project stakeholdersLead the project management team to ensure successful project completion and uphold client business ethicsMaintain and promote company valuesEnsure project delivery aligns with Quality Management SystemsForecast workload and ensure deployment of sufficient resources, collaborating closely with the Engineering ManagerResolve inter-project conflictsManage Saudization targets and support training requirementsRegularly appraise direct reportsPromote capturing and implementing lessons learned on projectsAbout YouSkills & Experience:Proven experience managing engineering and procurement projectsStrong knowledge of major capital projects and project portfoliosExperience with greenfield and brownfield projectsExperience working in the Middle East and Saudi ArabiaStrong financial and commercial understanding of projectsOver 20 years of relevant experienceAbility to lead in challenging and multicultural environmentsDecision-making skills and ability to drive processesStrong management and administrative skillsAbility to work within a team to establish direction, alignment, and commitmentExcellent interpersonal skillsRisk and change management capabilitiesProgram and project planning skillsWell-organized, credible, and decisiveQualifications:Degree in Engineering requiredBenefits:Applying your expertise in a corporate or project environment, you will contribute to delivering excellent results for our clients.
