NOW HIRING A PROJECT DIRECTOR - DELIVERYOur client is a leading developer specialising in residential and mixed-use projects.The PositionThe Project Director role involves leading the delivery of a residential masterplan from the start of delivery to handover.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver projects in line with agreed development strategies and execution plansSecure all required permits at each stageContribute to design reviews, focusing on buildability and cost optimisationWork closely with Commercial, Contracts, and Project Controls on tenders, contractor selection, and contract changesLead mobilisation and handover at construction start, keeping to programme timelinesOversee consultants or directly manage contractors to achieve project goalsControl and align design changes with the Development leadReview and manage contractor variations with Contracts to avoid programme impactSupervise testing and commissioning prior to handoverEnsure all handover certifications and utility approvals are in placeSupport cost reporting and final account reconciliation with senior stakeholdersMaintain compliance with all legal, regulatory, and employer requirementsEnforce quality assurance and QHSE standards across projectsProvide technical input during due diligence and land assessmentsManage and develop team performanceRequirements20 + years of experience in construction and project managementExperience with large-scale residential masterplans or mixed-use projectsProven track record of delivering projects valued at a minimum of 500 million from initiation through to completion.Stable career history with Tier 1 ContractorsStrong on-site presence, actively driving projects and construction delivery.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
