Project Director – ELV (KSA & Qatar)

As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a highly accomplished Project Director – MEP to lead and manage large-scale, high-value projects across Saudi Arabia and Qatar. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong expertise in delivering complex MEP systems within mega developments.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multi-country projects, driving operational excellence, and ensuring successful project delivery from concept to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership and full accountability for the delivery of MEP and ICT mega projects across KSA and QatarManage the complete project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and final handover across multiple locationsLead and coordinate cross-functional and multicultural project teams operating in both countriesDevelop and implement project execution plans, schedules, and resource strategies aligned with business objectivesEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with contractual and quality requirementsOversee commercial performance including budgeting, cost control, contract administration, and variation managementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities in KSA and QatarEnsure compliance with local regulations, statutory requirements, and HSE standards in both countriesMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure smooth executionOversee procurement strategies, subcontractor management, and supply chain coordination across regionsProvide regular executive-level reports and updates to senior management and stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices in ELV project deliveryQualifications & SkillsMinimum 15+ years of experience in MEP / ICT project managementBachelor’s degree in electrical / Electronics / Telecommunications Engineering (Master’s is an advantage)Proven experience managing mega projects across multiple countries (KSA and/or Qatar preferred)Strong background in MEP systems and ICT InfrastructureStrong knowledge of regional regulations, project environments, and stakeholder managementExcellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skillsPMP or equivalent certification is preferred"Lead the future start with the best."
