Project Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Project Director to lead the construction supervision efforts for a visionary mega mixed‑use residential villas project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing a large multidisciplinary team and ensuring the successful delivery of a world‑class gated community. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing mega‑scale residential projects from inception to handover, with a deep understanding of international standards and Saudi building regulations. As the Project Director, you will be instrumental in guiding the project through all phases of construction, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality, safety, sustainability, and client satisfaction. You will foster a culture of excellence within your team and manage all aspects of project delivery, from contract administration to risk mitigation.RequirementsCritical RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Minimum 20 years of experience in construction supervision/management.At least 10 years of experience in a Director or Senior Project Manager role.Proven experience managing at least one mega residential/villa compound project in Saudi Arabia or the GCC from ground‑up to handover (value ≥ SAR 1 billion).Proven experience managing supervision teams of 50+ personnel.Professional Engineer registration (Saudi Council of Engineers SCE is mandatory).Fluent in English.Expert knowledge of Saudi building codes, standards, and authority submission processes (MOMRA, Civil Defense, SEC, etc.).Proficiency in construction supervision methodologies, QA/QC systems, and HSE regulations.Strong contract administration skills (FIDIC Red Book experience required).Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Arabic language proficiency.Advanced skills in MS Project, Primavera P6, BIM coordination, and project reporting tools.Experience with sustainability goals (Mostadam / LEED equivalent).Strong leadership presence with decisive, proactive, and solution‑driven mindset.Nice to Have RequirementsExceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills.Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.High integrity, resilience, and commitment to ethical professional standards.#J-18808-Ljbffr
