What you will doThe Project Development Engineer is a key role directly reporting to the Pre Sales Manager. You will be based in Dubai and will be part of a growing team responsible for driving the growth of business for Building Technology and Solutions with a focus on Energy Solutions in the GCC. This is an exciting opportunity for UAE Nationals or fresh graduates looking to kickstart their careers in a dynamic environment.As a Project Development Engineer you will work closely with the Sales team on the technical and commercial development of energy solutions and proposals. You will be part of a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to leverage your education and enthusiasm in supporting the team with presales and estimation for energy solutions.How you will do itYou will validate assumptions made during solution design build energy savings estimates cost estimates and scope of work for assigned projects in conjunction with operations. You will provide technical risk analysis for the complete solution and participate in transition meetings with the Operations team to ensure project scope objectives timelines and customer requirements are addressed properly.As a Project Development Engineer you may perform onsite data collection at customer facilities and support postcontract design reviews. You will focus on developing multiple components for the bundled sale of energy solutions and utilize strong customer relationship skills to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (suppliers and vendors).What we look forRequiredBachelors Degree in Electrical/Electronic or a related field01 year of experience or internship experience in an electrical backgroundResultsoriented tenacious selfmotivated with a customerfocused approachExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in business analysisExcellent interpersonal skills must adapt working style to different personalities and work styles of our stakeholders and internal partnersFluency in English is essentialGood analytical skillsThis role is designed for enthusiastic UAE Nationals or fresh graduates eager to make an impact in the field of energy solutions.
