DescriptionApt Resources is excited to announce a unique opportunity for a Project Coordinator/Civil Draftsman to join a prestigious team at the Royal Palace in Abu Dhabi. This dual role combines project coordination responsibilities with drafting and design tasks ensuring the successful of highprofile construction and renovation projects for the Royal Palace.Responsibilities Assist in the planning and of construction projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Create detailed technical drawings and specifications using CAD software. Coordinate between different teams including architects engineers and contractors to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. Maintain project documentation including schedules budgets and reports. Review and update architectural drawings as necessary ensuring adherence to design specifications and standards. Participate in meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress challenges and next steps. Ensure compliance with regulations codes and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in resolving projectrelated issues effectively and efficiently. Requirements Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or a related field. Proven experience in project coordination and civil drafting preferably in highprofile or luxury projects. Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various teams. Attention to detail and a commitment to highquality work. Understanding of construction processes regulations and standards. Experience working on historical or significant structures is a plus.
