The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project coordination, sales, and customer service, along with experience in the smarthome industry.Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with Contractors and Clients: Act as the liaison between technical contractors and site owners to ensure timely and efficient project execution.Manage installation schedules, ensuring alignment between contractors' availability and project timelines.Create Quotation and Contracts: Prepare detailed quotations for clients, ensuring they reflect accurate pricing, product selection, and scope of work. Draft and manage contracts in compliance with company policies.System Design: Revise project BOQ and system design, ensuring alignment and avoiding any complications during project execution.Presales Support: Assist the sales team in presales activities by providing necessary technical and logistical information to clients, helping secure new business opportunities.Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent communication and problem-solving throughout the installation and project lifecycle.Project Documentation: Maintain organized records of project details, contracts, quotes, and communications with clients and contractors.Personal AttributesStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.
