Project Coordinator

<div><p>We are seeking a technically strongProjectCoordinatorwith a background in Architecture or Civil Engineering to support the delivery of fast-track construction and themingprojects.</p><p>This role focuses heavily on design coordination and interface management between Design, Site, Procurement, Factory, QA/QC, and Commercial teams. The successful candidate will ensure that design intent is properly translated into execution, and that all departments remain aligned throughout theprojectlifecycle.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Coordinate between Design, Site, Procurement, and Factory teams to ensure full alignment of deliverables</li><li>Review drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals to ensure constructability and coordination</li><li>Track design development, approvals, and revisions across all disciplines</li><li>Ensure design intent is clearly communicated and maintained during execution</li><li>Facilitate design coordination workshops and interface meetings</li></ul><h3>Design Coordination&Interface Management</h3><ul><li>Ensure alignment between design outputs and procurement packages</li><li>Coordinate material submittals, samples, and technical approvals with Design and Procurement teams</li><li>Track long-lead items and ensure design is frozen in line with procurement timelines</li><li>Support resolution of design-related procurement issues</li></ul><h3>Site&Design Alignment</h3><ul><li>Ensure site execution is fully aligned with approved drawings and specifications</li><li>Capture site-driven design issues and coordinate timely resolution with the Design team</li><li>Monitor and flag any construction works proceeding without approved design or documentation</li><li>Support coordination between subcontractors and design disciplines</li></ul><h3>Documentation&Submittals Management</h3><ul><li>Track RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and approvals across all disciplines</li><li>Ensure all design changes, comments, and rejections are properly recorded and communicated</li><li>Maintain document control and traceability through systems such as Aconex</li></ul><h3>Planning&Progress Coordination</h3><ul><li>Coordinate with Planning to ensure design deliverables align with construction schedules</li><li>Track design approvals againstprojectmilestones</li><li>Support progress reporting with focus on design and coordination status</li></ul><h3>Commercial&Change Management</h3><ul><li>Support evaluation and coordination of Variation Orders (VOs) related to design changes</li><li>Ensure all stakeholders understand scope changes and their impact on cost and schedule</li><li>Assist in gathering technical inputs for claims and EOT submissions</li></ul><h3>Risk&Coordination Control</h3><ul><li>Identify design clashes, coordination gaps, and constructability risks early</li><li>Escalate critical interface issues between departments</li><li>Ensure closure of coordination actions across Design, Site, and Procurement</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (preferred)</li><li>3–7 years of experience in construction, design coordination, orprojectdelivery</li><li>Strong exposure to design management, shop drawings, and technical submittals</li><li>Experience in fast-track or large-scaleprojects is highly preferred</li><li>Strong understanding of design → procurement → construction workflow</li><li>Familiar with tools such as Aconex, Primavera P6, AutoCAD/Revit (preferred), Excel</li></ul><h3>Skills</h3><h3>Key Competencies</h3><ul><li>Strong technical understanding of design and construction integration</li><li>Excellent coordination and interface management skills</li><li>Ability to review and interpret drawings and specifications</li><li>Strong communication across multidisciplinary teams</li><li>High attention to detail and documentation discipline</li><li>Ability to manage multiple interfaces under tight timelines</li></ul><h3>Success Criteria</h3><ul><li>Smooth coordination between Design, Procurement, and Site</li><li>Timely approval and flow of design information</li><li>Early identification and resolution of design clashes</li><li>No execution based on unapproved or unclear design</li><li>Strong alignment between design intent and delivered works</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
