Project Coordinator - GCC

Position OverviewThe IT Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the planning execution and delivery of technology projects within the organization. This role ensures projects are completed on time within scope and within budget by coordinating people resources and processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented organized and skilled in project documentation stakeholder communication and basic technical concepts.This role is reporting to Senior Project ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support IT project planning execution and delivery.Assist project managers in creating project plans schedules and resource allocation.Track project progress identify potential issues and report to project managers.Coordinate meetings communications and documentation for IT projects with technical team.Ensure compliance with IT policies procedures and standards.Collaborate with stakeholders team members and vendors.Manage project documentation including status reports and meeting minutes.RequirementsArabic Speaking3-5 years of experience in IT project coordinationStrong understanding of IT implementations (cybersecurity network ITAM)Proficiency in ZOHO Projects and Microsoft ProjectExcellent communication skills in Arabic and EnglishStrong organizational and stakeholdermanagement abilitiesKnowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).Benefits: AS per UAE mandatory labor law terms and conditions#J-18808-Ljbffr
