OverviewWe are seeking an experiencedProject Controls Managerto lead project monitoring and control activities, ensuring effective project execution and alignment with organizational objectives. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing risk-based scheduling, cost control, and performance tracking within complex projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and implementation of project control systems and methodologiesMonitor project progress, cost, and risk to ensure timely and within-budget deliveryManage cross-functional teams and coordinate with senior leadershipOversee reporting of project KPIs and performance metricsEnsure compliance with contractual frameworks such as FIDIC and implementation of risk registers (ERR)SkillsSkilled in risk-based scheduling, cost control, KPI tracking, and project performance analysisHands-on experience with FIDIC contracts and ERR (Event Risk Register) implementationProficient in Primavera (P6), MS Project, SAP, and related project control toolsStrong communication skills with proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and advise senior leadershipQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field; Master’s preferredMinimum 7-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in EPC or infrastructure projectsExperience in the Middle East region is highly regardedFluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantageJob ID:31072502-114 AH
