Project Controls Manager

Currie & Brown is looking for a Project Controls Manager with substantial mixed‑use development experience to join our team in Riyadh, KSA.What will you be doing?Develop and manage the master programme for the projectOngoing monitoring and reporting of all programme‑related activitiesProactive management of contractor’s programmesDetailed reviews of contractor programmesMonitoring the planning and project controls works for conformance with project proceduresDevelop and monitor the permitting and authority approvals process for the projectPrepare monthly reports and recovery plans (when applicable)Preparing and finalizing weekly progress report submissions and weekly quantity reportsProvide the Project Manager with weekly progress updates, forecast completions, together with critical path and trend analysesConsistent assessment of the impact of approved changes and any deviations from the key project targets and milestones, including productivity monitoring and ‘what if’ scenarios to aid project management decision‑makingWork collaboratively with the Project Manager, Engineer and Contractor in resolving any and all project schedule issuesReview and analyze contractors’ claims and prepare recommendations reportsWhat do you need?BSc in Civil Engineering or equivalent engineering degreeMust have considerable pre‑contract and post‑contract experience on major projectsStrong experience of large buildings projectsGood technical writing, client‑facing and communication skillsPrimavera certification and working experienceExperience with 4D BIMOur corporate valuesAt Currie & Brown, we know that when it comes to a good idea, it doesn't matter where it comes from.
