Project Controls Engineer

<div><p>JASARA PMC is seeking a talented and motivated Project Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team. This position plays a key role in ensuring that projects are executed on time, within budget, and to specifications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proficiency in project management processes, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support project planning and scheduling activities to maximize efficiency and minimize risk</li><li>Assist the client to analyze and track the variations/claims approval process</li><li>Monitor project performance, analyzing key metrics and reporting findings to stakeholders</li><li>Assist in the development of project control systems, workflows, and documentation</li><li>Collaborate with project teams to identify deviations from plans and work on corrective actions</li><li>Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management and clients on project status, cost, and schedule</li><li>Participate in risk management processes, ensuring potential risks are identified and mitigated</li><li>Foster communication between different project stakeholders to enhance project coordination</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 15 years of experience in project controls, ideally within the construction industry</li><li>Proficient in project management tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project</li><li>Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, and risk management principles</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly</li><li>Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a team environment</li><li>Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
