Project Controls Engineer

JASARA PMC is seeking a talented and motivated Project Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team. This position plays a key role in ensuring that projects are executed on time, within budget, and to specifications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proficiency in project management processes, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport project planning and scheduling activities to maximize efficiency and minimize riskAssist the client to analyze and track the variations/claims approval processMonitor project performance, analyzing key metrics and reporting findings to stakeholdersAssist in the development of project control systems, workflows, and documentationCollaborate with project teams to identify deviations from plans and work on corrective actionsPrepare detailed reports and presentations for management and clients on project status, cost, and scheduleParticipate in risk management processes, ensuring potential risks are identified and mitigatedFoster communication between different project stakeholders to enhance project coordinationRequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 15 years of experience in project controls, ideally within the construction industryProficient in project management tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft ProjectStrong understanding of cost control, scheduling, and risk management principlesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearlyStrong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detailAbility to work proactively and collaboratively in a team environmentCertification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
