Project Controls Director (EOI)

JASARA PMC is excited to announce an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the position of Project Controls Director. As a leading joint venture incorporating the expertise of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, we focus on enhancing the development of Social Infrastructure projects within Saudi Arabia, in line with Vision 2030. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for steering project control functions specifically in large industrial projects, ensuring the timely and cost-effective execution of major projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement project controls frameworks aligned with industry standards for industrial projectsOversee the development and management of project schedules, budgets, and performance metricsLead risk assessment and management processes to identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risksCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to foster transparent communication and collaboration across projectsPrepare comprehensive project reports, forecasts, and analyses for informed decision-making at all levelsMentor and guide project controls teams to ensure high standards of work and deliveryImplement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project performance and efficiencyDesired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred15+ years of experience in project controls, with a strong focus on large-scale industrial projectsExtensive knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and softwareExcellent leadership and team management skillsStrong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilitiesExceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholdersProven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently#J-18808-Ljbffr
