Joining this project offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a landmark development that will redefine urban mobility in the capital.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive project control strategies to ensure successful project execution, utilizing Primavera P6 to monitor timelines and budgets.Conduct regular project performance reviews, analyzing key metrics to identify variances and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track and aligned with organizational goals.Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to establish clear project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory requirements.Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects, utilizing market analysis and historical data to ensure accurate financial forecasting and resource allocation.Lead risk management efforts by identifying potential project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing contingency plans to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for future projects.SkillsQualifications & EducationEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.Experience RequirementsTotal Experience: 20+ years experience at infrastructure projects such as bridges, underpasses, overpasses, roads, highways.Managerial Experience: Minimum 5+ years working as Project Control Manager.Regional Experience: Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is a significant advantage.Skills & CompetenciesLanguages: Excellent command of English (written & spoken).
