Since its establishment, the company has successfully completed numerous projects ranging from airports, ports, marinas, roads, and bridges to high-speed trains, high-capacity power plants, and tourism facilities.We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Control Manager to lead our road project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.20+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, including bridges, underpasses, overpasses, roads, and highways.Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Control Manager, managing planning, cost control, and reporting activities on complex infrastructure projects.Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency is a plus.Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and MS Office Suite.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive project control strategies to ensure successful project execution, utilizing Primavera P6 to monitor timelines and budgets.Conduct regular project performance reviews, analyzing key metrics to identify variances and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track and aligned with organizational goals.Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to establish clear project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory requirements.Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects, utilizing market analysis and historical data to ensure accurate financial forecasting and resource allocation.Lead risk management efforts by identifying potential project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing contingency plans to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for future projects.#J-18808-Ljbffr
