Since its establishment, the company has successfully completed numerous projects ranging from airports, ports, marinas, roads, and bridges to high-speed trains, high-capacity power plants, and tourism facilities.</p><p>We are seeking an experienced and results-driven<b>Project Control Manager</b>to lead our road project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.</p><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.</li><li>20+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, including bridges, underpasses, overpasses, roads, and highways.</li><li>Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Control Manager, managing planning, cost control, and reporting activities on complex infrastructure projects.</li><li>Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and MS Office Suite.</li></ul><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive project control strategies to ensure successful project execution, utilizing Primavera P6 to monitor timelines and budgets.</li><li>Conduct regular project performance reviews, analyzing key metrics to identify variances and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track and aligned with organizational goals.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to establish clear project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects, utilizing market analysis and historical data to ensure accurate financial forecasting and resource allocation.</li><li>Lead risk management efforts by identifying potential project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing contingency plans to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.</li><li>Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for future projects.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
