Project Control Engineer (Building Projects - Design Team)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Control Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our project management organization you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning execution and delivery of complex projects across various industries.Develop and maintain comprehensive project control systems including cost estimates budgets and schedulesMonitor project progress analyze variances and provide timely reports to stakeholdersImplement and oversee cost control measures to optimize project performance and profitabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issuesConduct regular project reviews and forecasts to ensure alignment with organizational goalsDevelop and maintain project documentation including change orders and contract modificationsProvide expert guidance on project control methodologies and best practices to team membersAnalyze project data to identify trends opportunities for improvement and lessons learnedAssist in the development of project proposals and bid packagesQualifications : Bachelors degree in Engineering from an accredited universityMinimum of 5 years experience in project controls with a focus on cost and schedule managementProven expertise in cost engineering cost estimating control and analysisStrong background in planning and scheduling schedule development control and analysisExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in project management software.In-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project controlsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approachExperience working on international projects preferably in the Middle East regionAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environmentStrong leadership and team collaboration skillsProfessional certification in project management or related field (e.g. PMP CCP) is a plusRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills GP,Accountancy,Audio Visual,Automobile,Market Intelligence Experience: years Vacancy: 1
