Project Architect/Design Manager - Theme Parks

Role OverviewProject Architect/Design Manager responsible for managing the end-to-end design and delivery of large-scale architectural projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction while leading a multidisciplinary team.RequirementsBachelor's/Master's in Architecture.8+ years post-qualification experience, including 2-3 years leading teams on large-scale projects (commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, leisure, entertainment).Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Navisworks; familiarity with ACC; skilled in presentation tools (e.g., InDesign).Ability to work directly in native 3D authoring tools.Strong knowledge of drafting standards, detailing, material specs, buildability, and theming integration.Working knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, lighting, fire & safety), structural/architectural details, building & accessibility codes, and construction processes.Experience with construction administration (RFIs, submittals, field observation).Strong organizational and communication abilities.Skilled in supervising, mentoring, and developing staff.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project design and delivery from concept to handover, coordinating with architects, designers, engineers, vendors, and fabricators.Optimize design and production quality control systems.Develop and manage project programs, schedules, and deliverables for internal and client needs.Represent the company in client‑facing roles including presentations and workshops.Ensure project direction aligns with client expectations and deliverables.Review, QA/QC, and approve drawings, ensuring compliance with standards and buildability.Streamline design and delivery processes with management and mentor team members.Manage project documentation (RFIs, NCRs, design changes) while protecting scope, cost, and schedule.Disclaimer: ONLY SUITABLE CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTEDRedfish solutions promotes a culture where diversity is welcomed and celebrated.
