Project Architect

Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with senior team members to create schematic designs and design development drawings.Contribute to ensuring designs comply with relevant codes and regulations.Organise and manage project drawings in a vertical folder, maintaining detailed issue registers.Guarantee accurate and organised submissions for every stage of the project.Proactively track and expedite local authority submissions for approvals, both internally and with sub-consultants.Enforce operational standards within your team, ensuring compliance with local authority regulations and industry benchmarks.Oversee the timely delivery of CAD documentation, addressing potential delays promptly.Prepare submission packages that meet all relevant authority requirements.Facilitate seamless collaboration between MEP, structural, and other sub-consultants.Ensure fully coordinated construction drawings before submission.Motivate and guide your project team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Assist in assigning resources and preparing schedules for construction documentation.Estimate man-hours needed for drawing packages to meet deadlines effectively.Ensure all drawings are printed and prepared well in advance for submission deadlines.Verify that all necessary approvals and NOCs are secured before final submissions.Maintain clear and proactive communication with project teams through written and verbal correspondence, resolving queries efficiently.Establish strong relationships with sub-consultants, contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, and statutory authorities to ensure project success.Oversee multidisciplinary coordination using Navisworks, ensuring compliance with project requirements and the BIM Execution Plan.Review and resolve clash detections, addressing issues promptly to maintain high-quality outputs.Audit and optimise Revit models to align with industry best practices, technical standards, and project objectives.Lead by example in advanced modelling techniques, supporting team members when needed.RequirementsMinimum Bachelors in Architecture or equivalent within a western university.Must be proficient using Navisworks and Revit.Local building regulations knowledge would be advantageous.Be able to demonstrate putting together construction documentation.A talented architect with a passion for innovative design and a collaborative mindset.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.A team player who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to grow alongside an ambitious team.BenefitsUp to 20,000 AED per monthFlightsHealthcareAnnual bonus.This is an exciting opportunity to work on inspiring projects with a diverse and talented team.
